Why We Built This Site
Public access in Colorado is useful but not housed in one place. The Register of Actions records filings, parties, settings, minute orders, and dispositions. A listed vendor can help locate real-time trial-court history, but the vendor does not issue the official file. Filed papers and certified copies come from the Clerk of Court. The free Judicial Branch docket search covers scheduled hearings rather than the full case record. Municipal courts add another layer. We organize the verified court roles, search routes, case-number conventions, contact details, and document-request steps so Adams County readers can begin with the correct custodian.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket details: how Adams County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are located and read
- Hearing information: how to use the court schedule and confirm a changed setting
- Case lookups: how a docket search works by name or Colorado case number
- Official copies: how court case records are requested from Adams Combined Courts
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not connected to an Adams County or Colorado court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits mean we cannot:
- Retrieve an official ROA or case file for a visitor
- Reset, cancel, or confirm a hearing on the court's behalf
- Seal, remove, correct, or amend a case entry
- Issue certified copies of orders or other court records
- Give legal advice about a filing, deadline, or case
- Promise that a fee, contact, or setting has not changed
An official or certified Adams County record must come from the Clerk of Court or the municipal clerk that maintains the original case.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, terms, and price. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set the provider's charges, compile its records, or control what its search returns.
